Licensed Professionals

Trinity Nursery School & Kindergarten staff members are licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care and must meet the educational standards to qualify for employment. All staff members undergo a thorough screening and background check to ensure our employees are of the best moral and social character.


Ongoing Staff Development

Our staff members are constantly re-educating themselves with continuing  education courses and teacher workshops. Teachers meet on a monthly basis to evaluate practices and discuss ways to best meet the needs of the students.  Staff participate in annual professional development training in areas such as health/ safety, developmentally appropriate practices, curriculum development, and student assessment.

Trinity has one of the lowest staff turnover rates of similar schools. Why is this? Our teachers are happy! The staff at Trinity is acknowledged for its efforts in the classroom and is given many opportunities for new challenges.
